Questions
Before you get in touch.
Where do you work?
We are based in Erbil and work with teams across Iraq and the wider region. Infrastructure work is done remotely; we travel on site when the work genuinely needs it, such as on-premise migrations or workshops with your team.
Which cloud providers do you work with?
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Hetzner and similar providers, as well as on-premise infrastructure. We recommend based on your requirements, latency, budget and any data residency constraints — not on a provider preference.
Do we have to move to the cloud to work with you?
No. Plenty of workloads are better off where they are. Automation, monitoring, security hardening, backups and delivery pipelines apply equally to on-premise infrastructure. If a migration is not justified, we will tell you.
What does the assessment include?
A 30–45 minute call with an engineer, a review of your setup across reliability, deployment, security, monitoring, backup and cost, and written findings ranked by risk and effort. There is no charge and no obligation, and the findings are yours to keep.
How do you price work?
Every environment is different, so we scope after the assessment: a fixed scope and price for project work, or an agreed monthly scope for ongoing operations. No open-ended hourly billing without a ceiling.
Can you work alongside our developers?
Yes — that is the usual arrangement. We work in your repositories and your cloud accounts, and we document and hand over everything so your engineers can operate it themselves.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign an NDA before any assessment that involves access to your systems or architecture, and we never publish client work without written permission.
NEBU is new. Why should we trust you with production?
Judge the engineering, not the age of the company. Start with the assessment: it costs nothing, it is delivered by the engineer who would do the work, and you keep the findings whether or not you hire us. Every engagement after that has a fixed scope, and you own the accounts and the code throughout.
